Molly has been a board member and treasurer of the American Dietetic Association and serves on the faculty of the Commission of Dietetic Registration’s Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management Program. This award-winning native of the Lone Star State is also a past president of the Texas Dietetic Association. We should note that her passion and expertise in food and nutrition have their roots in the popular restaurant Molly’s parents and siblings operated for many years in Houston. Though they’re officially retired, her mom and and dad still grow organic vegetables, hunt, fish and love any excuse to whip up scrumptious feasts for family and friends.

Molly holds a MEd in Allied Health Education from Baylor College of Medicine/University of Houston.  She completed her dietetic internship at Oklahoma State University and received a BS in dietetics from the University of Houston. She is fluent in the Cantonese Chinese.
